What are the pros and cons?
Limited fellowship opportunity? Mostly primary care?
Pros? Location in the bay area?

Would one have to have connections to the bay area to have a good chance of matching there?

More or less competitive than USC?

You really don't understand how the Match algorithm works, do you?

If a program ranks you highly enough to match there, it won't matter where you put them on your list, you'll match there (unless you match at a program higher on your list).
