How did you get your scores figured out?

I just took one of Pearson's online test and all they give is the position of your percentile with no scaled scores given. On the other hand, PCAT Achiever would list both your percentages and the scores on their report section. Is there a chart out there that you could refer to for the scaled score conversion?
