How do dental schools check your final transcript prior to matriculation

Do they compare it to the planned/in progress courses listed on AADSAS? Long story short, my program allows me to take classes at a different university, but the final grades are processed through my main university. The course number might be different due to the conversion but not the name/content. So on my AADSAS list, it would say something like BIO 502 but the official transcript (which I don't know what its gonna say yet) might read BIOLOGY 93. Thanks!
