Huh; don't quite get it. If you need a particular article that isn't available for free (like clinical guidelines are), then you can pay for the specific item in question. Probably it would be easier and ~ 35 bucks (the average price of articles in my observation) cheaper to get the article via interlibrary loan. Do any of the libraries of hospitals you have or are rotating at (or your home med school) have a subscription (it's a common subscription) to Pediatrics? Then it's free, quick, and easy.

You can also get a Kindle version through Amazon (That you can read on a Kindle, mobile phone, or computer) for $12 if you don't mind having in electronic format.
