I have an alumni network to draw from, but its reach is only so far. How do I blindly reach out to a hospital I am interested in, when there is never any contact information on their websites? Do I need to hire a recruiter? Would this hurt my salary going forward?

Search for physician recruitment section in each Hospital's website.

Usually under employment and jobs.

There is usually an email or a phone number you can call.

You can also call the hospital operator and ask for HR.
