How do I go about finding an internship in a foreign country?

I am trying to plan out my summer, specifically six weeks in Bombay (Mumbai), India and would love to do something medically related. I would love to do something like work w/ an orthopedic surgeon or help out at an OB clinic, but I am getting frustrated in my fruitless search. Please give me any suggestions. Should i also post this in the international forum?
