Hello! I'm planning on applying during the 2022-2023 application cycle and was hoping to get feedback on my activities before then. I'm currently most worried about the hours/strength of my clinical experience and nonclinical volunteering, although I believe I can speak and write strongly about both. Thank you so much in advance!

Your clinical experience is great.

Nonclinical volunteering should be increased. You should have a minimum of 150 hrs of that. 200 would be super.

Why is being a residential hall president leadership but being a treasurer is not? To an extent you have more leadership hours than you claim (move your "other extracurriculars" into leadership).

The only question is how your one Soup Kitchen experience is going to show me you have stretched beyond your comfort zone to know about others' struggles. That's not an answer you can give me hours about, but will be something you have to reflect upon.

Honestly you are fine. You could have more nonclinical volunteering as @Goro said but realistically speaking your top priority needs to be getting the high MCAT that the rest of your application deserves. Don’t lose your eye on the prize by overextending yourself

I agree with this. Focus on your MCAT, you've got enough hours already
