How do PFTs change in pregnancy?

All the sources I've looked at seem to say it's the same type of change as restrictive lung disease, but I'm having trouble finding a more specific answer than that. I'm not really sure what would be a great place to look for the answer to this question...

If you can't help me with the question, pointing me towards a source that could help would be great...

Big belly restricts the lung expansion, therefore you get some restriction.
