How do you become a scribe in Virginia?

I really hate my job right now. I want to get a new job and also get some clinical work done. So back to my title question, how do I become a scribe? Also are their any other paying medically related jobs I can apply for? Thanks btw I'm a freshman in college.

I am employed by a national company, ScribeAmerica. They have contracts all over the country. Check out their website for locations in VA... scribeamerica.com. You can apply under "Scribe", "how to apply." It is a HUGE advantage being a scribe when applying/interviewing for med school.
