i know that it helps to concentrate, i want to try it, but i can't buy them at stores without the prescription.

I wonder how it makes you feel after you take one pill?

Drugs like ritalin and/or adderal aren't going to be some magical pill that will make you sit down and study for twelve hours. If you really want to douche around, you'll probably douche around even on it. If you really want to study, you don't need it.

Uh... yea, they are. While they may not forcibly sit you down in front of your books, the pills sure as hell make it a lot easier to focus for an extended period of time.

what will happen, if you take the pill, and someone is whispering with others next to you?

does this pill stop daydreaming?

They're not going to magically inject willpower to study into you if you really don't want to study.

I know it is a troll post but whatever.

I take focalin and it makes me feel great. I can only describe it as removing all the white noise from my head. I have to be careful and not workout until it is done because my heart pounds like crazy. It has also wrecked my appetite when I'm on it. I try to eat a lot on purpose and I can't really do that now. I feel sick when I try.

It has helped me tremendously with studying though. I went through all the testing and tried everything else before trying it. I really wouldn't recommend it for most people. It allows me to get work done and I don't get sidetracked as easily. A 10 minute break stays a 10 minute break. Not a 40 minute zone out where I tell myself I need to study and I WANT to study but somehow get distracted with god knows what.

i took concerta for short time. it did increase my memory and i studied more efficiently. but my friends and my wife all thought that i was a jerk when i was on the stuff, so i stopped. now i have resolved to learn things in a way that works for me and trust that i can do well if i just put in the effort, even it it means studying more than others.

as for how ritalin made me feel: very goal oriented, easily frustrated if things didn't work out the way i thought they should/would, high strung, able to focus very well, but sometimes with a closed mind.

now i am open minded, creative, and i just have to study a lot to beat things into my head.

If you think Adderall is a good study aid, wait until you try crystal meth. Oh, wait, they're practically the same thing.

If you dont have any attention dissorder and you use ritalin, adderal or any other drug to focus you are a ****ing ******* loser imo. Study ahead of the test instead cramming. People that missuse drugs like these are no better than a homeless junki in a backally if you ask me. Seriously, if you are a med-student and do this you are even dumber and do not deserve to graduate!
