How do you generate a .pdf of the submitted AADSAS app?

I submitted about a half hour ago.

How do you generate a .pdf of the app? Gotta send one to my university's committee.

The below is required for my committee letter. Anyone have an idea if the pdf will have this?

"Ensure that the “SUBMISSION DATE:” field has a date and time stamp that appears within the .pdf as this will be used to verify readiness for queue placement."

Was reading the 2016 ADEA AADSAS guide and they said this:

"A copy of the full application PDF (excluding letters of evaluation) is automatically generated and can be downloaded and saved after e-submitting the application to ADEA AADSAS"

"After you electronically submit your application to ADEA AADSAS, a PDF of your full application* including your ADEA AADSAS Application Coversheet, also known as the Holistic Coversheet, will be automatically generated, and can be downloaded and saved. The coversheet it includes applicant identifying information, GPA calculations for each course subject designation, U.S. DAT and Canadian DAT scores, undergraduate and graduate degree information for schools that were selected as the primary degree-granting institutions and up to three preselected professional experiences per category.
*The PDF does not include letters of evaluation. "

Go to "Dental school designations" --> click that binocular-looking icon on the very right side
I haven't submitted mine, so can't confirm, but that's what I've heard.

I do not see any bionocular-looking icon under that section. It just shows my school list with date designated/mailing date/mailing status and print button at the bottom.

Ok so you are supposed to click the dental school designations on the "Application Checklist". NOT the right hand side "My Application Status".

Problem I'm still having still is there is no submission date on the .pdf that my committee needs and it also shows the specific school's name on the pdf depending on which school you generate the pdf for.

No, unfortunately not. Going to call my committee tomorrow and ask them about this. Maybe the submission date is in reference for medical school applications, not AADSAS apps?

If you go to the "Submit Application" tab, there's a small arrow directly on the right of the name of the school. If you hover over it, it says "Download Program Application". Click on that and a tab comes up with the entire application, which you can save as a PDF!

This post was from last year, and this year it was changed to the new application system!
