In reflecting on the past few months and my experiences at different places, there are a few generalizations that seemed to hold true at all the schools I interviewed at:

-friendly staff and interviewers
-simple, easy to manage questions
-nice fellow interviewees to talk to throughout the day

Since the interviews were pretty laid back and I didn't get really tripped on any questions, how do you know if you "rocked" an interview? aside from avoiding the "ums" and "uh" excesses, making good eye contact and having a firm handshake, is there really any other way to know how it went?

i guess my whole philosophy on the matter is that even if you leave with a good feeling, you don't really know what was subsequently said behind closed doors.

any thoughts?

The best answer to your question will come at midnight, stop torturing yourself and go something to take your mind off D school!
