Probably yes, but those stats still scream "I cannot work consistently but I'm smart". I wouldn't put it past adcoms to be dubious about your success in school without an upward grade trend. That GPA would be fine with a significant upward trend / post-bacc coupled to a solid MCAT.
Also, don't let your brain do hypotheticals or "what ifs", get the grade trend then worry about the MCAT.
I have never met someone with a 3.0 and 520+ MCAT - they exist but it's not a likely scenario to consider yourself in.
