what to prepare? any special preparation?
once we will get list of unfilled position, we will send CAS to desired programs, then how long program will take to contact us back?
do we have to go for interview?

You don't interview (no time) but I think there is a phone interview of sorts. From what I understand, it is good to have your own copy of CAS and your documents to be able to fax it over asap. SFMatch will send CAS for your at a charge (price isn't listed) but I would have your own as well just in case that doesn't work out or is slow. Besides, if you could avoid the charge....
I would have all your application paperwork laid out, have access to a fax machine, have another person helping you, and have another phone number (like cell phone) to use.
