I am volunteering at a retail pharmacy right now, and the pharmacist is very nice. He wrote me a letter. However, my friend told me that he would have to send the letter to pharmcas again when I applied. I am a little worried because right now I am still volunteering, but I am planning to volunteer somewhere else in a couple months. Perhaps when I apply (this June), he may forget about me. What did you guys do? Should I tell the pharmacist that in June, he would have to do the letter again? It seems bothering

There are two ways to get LOR to PharmCAS: electronic or by snail mail. When you request for LOR on PharmCAS (for electronic), they will ask you for your recommenders' emails so they could get confirmation from your recommenders. If you send LORs by snail mail, then you have to print out forms from PharmCAS to have your recommenders fill them out. So yes, he has to write you the LOR again in June. I would try to keep in contact with him so he would still remember you.
