How hard is EK 1001 books?

Can anyone give me some input on the difficulty of the EK workbooks. I am doing Bio right now and been doing really well, I'm just wondering if maybe I should be doing something a little more challenging, don't want to waste time doing super easy stuff. How do you rate the other EK 1001 books?

It's supposed to be good for basics and fixing weaknesses. If it's too easy, do passages from other sources like tbr.

I'm doing all EK 1001 books, and I thought the same about the bio book but there are a few medium to difficult passages. As far as the others go, I think they are good at helping you better understand the concepts.

I think they is hard enough for practice. Bio are the easiest and ochem are waste of time.

Physics are pretty dense and difficult (though not worth it in my opinion). Bio is a great source of practice and understanding things concretely. I felt the others were somewhat too easy and not valuable tools if you have the BR or TPR books. If you don't, then they're still helpful because they're still not terrible (just worse compared to BR or TPR).
