How high could I realistically reach as a DO 248 step1?

Just started brand spanking new as a third year. I fully understand I’m at a disadvantage by being a DO. Just trying to develop realistic expectations on programs I can match into.

I don’t have much yet but my numbers are:
Step1:248
Step2:tba
Research:4x poster presentations as first author + 1x publication

Interested in the west coast in general. Would USC be out of my reach? Thank you kindly!
