Haha, so I took your Hulk picture and changed it a little.
R arm-A1, L arm-A2, R leg-B1, L leg-B2.
I switched it to a drunk bride-to-be at her bachelorette party with crazy colored hair and a veil on, dancing on a table, R hand has a phenylephrine tattoo; she's holding a full penis-shaped glass in her R hand (Alpha-1-blockers, zosins), and clutching a body-shot of tequila to her chest with her L hand (central acting, clonidine, methyldopa).
a tattoo of NE on her head (between arms, A1/A2), needle in the chest (epi).
Then R leg (Beta-1) is dobutamine, with her albuterol inhaler in her left pocket (B2), and standing on the table with her 2 legs (B1+B2, isoproterenol). Beta blockers on the floor, arranged alphabetically (A-M B1 selective, N-Z non selective).
Her crazy hair is phenoxybenzamine (irreversible, can't take off), and the bride veil is phentolamine (reversible, because you can take the veil off).
Complicated, but funny, and it works for me. Thanks for the inspiration!
