How important is it to take a cell structure/function class vs physiology for mcat

Basically title. Next semester, I registered to take Organic chem II, cell structure/function, and physiology, and a social science class. I’m a bit worried it may be too many STEM classes at once though, so if I might drop either Physiology or cell bio. Which is more important and tested on the MCAT?
