What if you don't know what classes your taking, or whether or not your going to take your offer to start a masters, or continue postbacc...
is this really crucial ?

😱

I have no idea. I accidently forgot to fill that part in. What should I do?

I doubt its a huge deal breaker. Fall class schedule for me didn't come out until the day after I e-submitted. I couldn't tell the future. If I could I'd pick lotto numbers rather than class schedule.

some schools will ask that you provide them with what you are taking if its not listed on the AADSAS app for their secondary or just write to them and include a list. it varies from school to school.

Dec 1st, or first week of Dec, usually.
How hard is it to get in the second wave? What percentage of seats are filled in after the first wave? What is the quality of applicant pool of the second wave? Thanks kitty!!!

A lot of people actually get in around the 2nd wave. I think there's a misconception that if you don't get in during 1st wave, you're done for - such is the mentality of an overly neurotic predent, like most of us. LOL. Also, some schools don't start interviewing til Oct or Nov so most won't actually hear back until Jan. I think about ~40% of seats are filled out by first wave. There are more acceptances in Jan, Feb as well as March. And even April! I know of people who didn't get accepted until June or August. Have patience! If you have good stats, then you will get in somewhere.

Million dollar questions

Common sense leads me to believe schools accept the ones they REALLY WANT dec 1 and consider others based on empty seats...similar to waitlist

It actually varies from school to school...like she said some don't start interviewing until very late while others do early, which would probably increase the % of seats filled in first wave.
I think the "you're done for" mentality regarding not getting first wave invites stems from a number of things.
-The knowledge that you have to continue to stress throughout the next year
-Wanting to plan for the next year but having to wait until acceptance/rejection
-Early acceptance means I can withdraw any other apps and save money on interviews!

Honestly, I think it goes hand in hand with thinking applying late is the end of the world.

True, some schools like Tufts, BU, UCLA and few others start their interview sessions around November and continue until April.

AADSAS has an academic period beginning November 1st. They allow you to edit the coursework section. That's what they told me when I called. I forgot too.
