how is nbde scored

hey guys. quick question. how is NBDE 1 scored. what i mean is if each section scores are put togather and then they give u a score. for example if on one section u get 65 and the other u get 85 are they put togather to get an average score?
btw are these scored out of 100%. so when u say u got a 94 is that 94%?
