How is the University of Iowa effected by not accepting Medicaid patients?

Im curious about how students are effected and how the school is

Medicaid patients have notoriously low show-up rates. Better for students. They can go to clinics that double book this demographic.

Interviewed there this past cycle. There is absolutely no shortage of patients, so I don't think the students are affected much. The school draws in patients from all over the state.
