I wanted to find out if I could get the opinion of a current resident or recent graduate of their experience and outlook on the program. I want to know what the faculty-resident relationship is like? How much guidance and reassurance is provided. What are the cons to the program? How many residents are generally accepted. How much community involvement occurs? What type of friendships/relationships do the residents have with each other? I would appreciate any insight. Also, if you could shed any light on the 1 week externship, that would be great. Thank you so much, this info would be appreciated.
