How Late is Too Late??

When do y'all think the latest should be to take the DAT and still have a legitimate shot at getting some earlier interviews?

I've already sent in my application and the only thing lacking is my DAT score. I was shooting for mid-July, but getting a little overwhelmed at this point and don't want to screw it up.

I know that I need to take it when I'm ready ... but ... what is a reasonable timeframe and still get August-September interviews.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

I would say call each school and find out from them. I did that and most said that all of the info needs to be in by august to be considered for all rounds of interviewing, some schools will review the app. w/o DAT (very few) and some will allow you to fax in the DAT (very few again). I am taking it mid july also, and that seems to be the latest date that will make the score arrive in aug. Hope that helps.
