How late is too late?

With only a few days left to ROL deadline, is it too late to send thank you/ letter of interest to programs on the list?

I wonder if not sending out any e-mails/thank you notes at all to any program affects anything..

You can send whatever you want, but considering this is already 2/20 and the deadline is 2/25, and nobody is going to be discussing rank order lists over the next two days (weekend), I'd say it's game over. Programs have readied and submitted their lists by now, for the most part.
