I don't know if this has been asked, and what keywords can effectively filter search results.
If I want to apply for 2010 admission, when is the earliest I can take the DAT?

Your DAT scores are valid for three years, so take it as soon as you are ready.

Example: take the DAT now and apply in May 2009, be accepted between Dec 2009 - March 2010, and matriculate in August 2010 as a 1st year dental student.

The major drawback to this timeline is that if you do not get in your first try, your scores will expire and you will have to retake. You may want to consider this when plannig your exam date.

Good Luck!
