How long did you wait between interviewing and receiving decision letter?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
For Jefferson, I waited a week. They're exceptionally fast! Which school are you waiting for?

Tomorrow will be 2 months and I have heard nothing from Iowa....they said everyone should know by the end of April

About 3 weeks for Minnesota.

Midwestern IL & AZ were around a month, South was about 10 days.

4 days for Pacific University (immediate acceptance, not waitlisted).

ugg don't get me started 🙂

Haven't had an update (frome being on hold) since Dec 13th for UACP and since Feb 23rd for ETSU.

I had one interview at the end of February, and another one in mid-March at Idaho State, and found out about 3 weeks after the last interview.

I agree with thephoenician88, any amount of wait time will feel like forever.

I interviewed at UAMS on Feb. 6 and I won't find out anything until about Apr. 20.

At University of MD
Interview: 2/9
Acceptance e-mail: 3/10

Same here... I am literally pulling up a chair next to my mail box everyday around noon (the time when my mailman stops by). 😀

I am applying to MWU-CCP. From previous posts, looks like my waiting time is 10 days to three weeks to a month. Oh well, it could be worse (Rcu).🙄

I had my interview in January and it is now April, you do the math LOL..In my opinion it's too frickin long!😱

Butler: Accepted 5 days after the interview.
Midwestern CCP: Waitlisted 1.5 weeks after the interview.

applied to UofFl in january, it's now april

4 months.

Dude, UF is NOTORIOUS for making people wait. I have a friend who applied in December with me and she still has yet to know anything, and her stats are much better than mine. They will get to ya don't worry. They always do that. Is UF the only school you applied to?

I think I'll be bald by then from so much anxiety.

Oh goodness, you're gonna look like one of the smiley🙁... Go read Fmylife.com That always passes the time....👍

haaaa I love that site. I sit and seriously laugh out loud - people look at me and think I'm weird.

Sooo funny - I always wonder if those things are really true??

I interviewed on 2/2 at UC-Denver and on 3/16 at Regis. Regis is a new program, so I think their faculty had a pretty light schedule, but I got a rejection in one week (by regular mail!). One applicant I interviewed with got his acceptance within 48 hours. They notified the entire interview group that quickly.

I am still waiting on UC-Denver. The word on the forum is that they will notify the end of this week, but they have floated out a number of ambiguous dates like this and those have all passed.

It's good to know I'm not the only one like this! I thought there might be something wrong with me.

Guess I am among the lucky ones! I got a phone call the day after the interview, and got the letter less than a week later.😀

nah, it's pretty much last on my list because it's taking so long and they have rolling, so i'm assuming they have most of their class filled. Plus they only accept about ~30 out of state?

University of Oklahoma - Interviewed March 7th - accepted March 10th

Wayne State University - Interviewed February 10th - Accepted April 3rd - attending

I experienced both sides of the equation. It was a lot easier to wait after the acceptance from Oklahoma however.

yeah, I guess it would be stress-free when you waited for your second school.

Hmmm... I plan to have a giant party after I got my letter, accepted or not--celebrating my new-found patience.

Haha, Yeah I wonder the same thing, but that site is awesome!

True. But then again, you never know. Best of luck to ya. I've given up on them anyway, I don't think I stood a chance anyway. haha

I got accepted today! 65 days of waiting total. Not that I was counting. I swear I just added that up just now.
