Ok... I'll bite. Your proposition sounds pretty ridiculous. While no one will say that your score will "expire", it probably won't look great to programs. Plus, a lot of people find that they need to take CBSE more than once to get a higher score. So if you're a D1 who plans on doing 2 years of another residency before applying to OMFS (?!), just calm down a bit and learn your dental anatomy first.
