It's pretty easy to do, but interfolio has a weird layout. I am not sure what you mean by call? I did it myself.

Send a request for a confidential letter to the letter writer . Once they email or snail mail it in to interfolio, then the rest is a piece of cake.

Thanks, man. I have the letters, but I don't understand the email portion of it. I think you have to assign each letter a specific email address or something.

I was under the impression that you could not sent interfolio letters direct to AACOMAS, but rather had to sent it from interfolio to each school individually.

Cane somebody clarify how to sent it to accomas? Interfolio seems to want an address/email... With AMCAS it was pretty laid out.

I believe there are instructions in Interfolio but not positive. I believe you put the letter ID from Interfolio into aacomas where it asks for the email address. Interfolio then sends it for you. Posting from my phone or I'd include links/tutorial. But you can definitely use Interfolio to send the letters to aacomas. However, with aacomas they send all letters to every school, which I wasn't aware of but ended up being fine.

is there a way to only send schools some of your LORs and not all the LORs that interfolio has on file? Like, I'd prefer to only send two academic LORs and 1 DO LOR to most of my schools, and then only send a few specific schools 3 academic LORs + the 1 DO LOR? etc... ? I also have a MD LOR, but not sure if it is worth sending in when I have 3 academic LOR and a DO LOR???

#1 I figured out how to sent Interfolio letters to AACOMAS, mine are already uploaded and complete (took a few hours)! Thanks guys.

#2 I believe many schools allow you to bypass AACOMAS and sent selected interfolio letters directly to them (Although some state they do not accept letters this way); this was my original plan before figuring out the #1 above. Beware this method costs 4$ per letter per school!

You go on interfolio, click on the lor, copy the email address, go to aacomas, request an lor, and paste the email address.
