How long does the Certiphi Background Check take?

Hi!

SUNY is one of the schools that uses the Certiphi Background check system. How long doe it take after you submit it for you to get a response?

When you get a response and the schools receives it whats the next step ( after you submit deposit)

For me it took less than two days after I submitted the background check to get an email from Certiphi saying it was completed.

It also only took me a couple days to come back. Certiphi will automatically submit your completed background check to schools in 10 days OR you can manually release it sooner so if you want to release it sooner you can do it as soon as they complete it so schools can get them sooner!
