How long is too long to receive your first interview invite?

It's been around 2 and a half months for me...

I think the general consensus on here has been after Thanksgiving is when you start to worry.

Last cycle I was complete around September 15 and got my first interview invite around November 15th. I got 5 more interview invites, the last of which i received in FEBRUARY.

General consensus by the big names on here is Thanksgiving. You can still get II throughout the year but if nothing by thanksgiving, you should start putting a backup plan together.

How about applicants who applied later like in Sept? What's a good date to hear back before worrying?
