How indepth are people going with experience or research descriptions? A paragraph? Also how about reason for leaving?
How long should descriptions/reason for leaving should be?

No pd but, it would be exceedingly unusual that anyone wants to hear you go on and on about why. Just state briefly in 1 line.
If you (not you personally ofcourse) got fired for drinking/drug abuse / sexual harassment - well perhaps that may require some explanation, though unless you are robert gibbs or have worked in PR, it'll probably come out bad regardless. 🙂
