Hi all! If I don't get into dental school this year, do I have to get new letters of rec next year? Or do the ones I have this year transfer through adea?

if you did not use interfolio then yes you would need new letters.

You could always use the same letters next year, but they would have to be submitted again to AADSAS

try to find a service that compiles letters. or, see if your school has a health professions committee that compiles your letters.

interfolio costs $20 for a year, so if you think you might not get these same profs to write the letters for you next year, then I do suggest investing the $20. Just incase. I did it and I am happy because I dont have to bug anyone else next year and I'm ok with spending $20 bucks (2 out of 3 of these profs might not be around next year, I didnt want to risk it.)

Can you explain this interfolio? My lor were submitted online thru aadsas links, is there a way to save those letters to interfolio somehow? Thanks

I'm wondering same thing, if they are already submitted, is it to late to use interfolio now
