OK so I am starting to get a little neurotic about ERAS. I just submittied my application over the weekend (9/28) and I have gotten a couple interviews but not to the programs really interested in yet. A lot of them have downloaded my documents though. How long on average does it take for ppl to get interview invites after the program has downloaded application. Is it always 1-2 days or longer?????????

Some programs won't even send any invites till after a certain date, regardless. I wouldn't worry too much.

I agree with the above. If you only submitted a few days ago, I would not sweat it. i do not think that schools are reviewing apps on a daily basis. Some schools have committees that only meet a few time a week.

Also, many schools need a complete application, including Deans letter until they start sending out invites.

You can look on the invites for 2009 blog to get a better idea of which schools you applied to that are sending out invites.

I really would not worry until late Oct. This is when most schools claim on their websites that they send out invites.
