How long do programs usually take to make their first offers of acceptance post-interviews? Not all of my programs stated when they will get back to students, so I'm just wondering if there's a typical waiting period before initial offers are extended. Two weeks? Three?

Also, are any programs more known for taking longer to extend invites?

I got an acceptance the day after an interview. Several programs indicated that their turnaround time was within the week, but I heard from other people that their program asked for three weeks. Seems too variable to put a 'typical' time on it. If anything, I'd guess that your best indicator is how many people were interviewed-- the more applicants per POI, the longer the turnaround time (~3 applicants per POI= short turnaround time of a week or less)?

All of my programs have called all candidates within a week with a decision.
