Hi, I was going through the AADSAS website, and I see that I can only submit 4 individual letters, or 1 committee letter + 1 individual letter. I was planning to submit more than this - could you help me figure out which ones to cut out? Is it true that I need 3 letters from science professors?

I was planning to submit letters from 3 science professors, 1 from my former employer (I'm not applying right out of college), and 2 from dentists that I've shadowed. Is there any way to submit 6 letters? Otherwise, which ones should I scratch? Or should I do the committee letter?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Generally, schools require a minimum of three letters (2 from science professors and one from a dentist). AADSAS allows you to submit an additional letter for total of 4. If your former job was not relevant to dentistry, then I don't see how a letter from your employer could help. At the same time, sending two letters from two different dentists seems unnecessary. They just want to see you had some exposure to the field. So, if I were you, I'd send three letters from my science professors and one of my dentist letters.
Any idea of which of your letters may be stronger? I mean you probably have a basic knowledge of how the authors of these letters feel about you and how well they know you as an individual. I'd pick those letters that are written by people who know me best.

Good Luck👍

Thank you for your advice. But I decided to do the committee composite letter so that I can include excerpts from all of my evaluators - I didn't want to leave anyone out
