how many multiple choices in nbde2?

I just want to know in nbde2 , how many multiple choice in the first day? and how about the second day?

I read from the ADA ,It is said the first day 400 qs,the second day 100 qs.

I am confusing from the scores that people have shown, for example 337/500(65/100).

So Is there TOTALLY(TWO DAYS) 500 qs or 600 qs?please help!!
