I don't have an answer but I think it would be funny if people thought them up!

I'll start: 39,001: 1 to screw it in, and 39,000 to say that they would have screwed it in if they had gotten to it first, and that they would have screwed it in better anyway, and that the whole process of screwing in a light bulb is arbitrary and capricious...
