How many programs should I apply for Neurology

Hi, I'm applying to neurology and would like to now how many programs should I apply to. I've seen on average some people apply to like 30-40, while others apply to like 70ish. I'm currently sitting on 90 programs (without the prelims) and I feel like its way too much, but I don't know which ones to remove from my list which is making me very anxious.

Step 1: 237
Step2: 252
Work: 4
Voluntary: 7
Research: 1
Pubs: 0

Any number of programs I should be aiming for? I'm mostly interested in the south or east coast.

Not a direct answer to your question, but just as another reference: My advisor recommended around 25, but my application is very good
