How many TY/Prelim programs to apply to?

OMS4 here applying anesthesia with a below average step 2 (238). Planning to apply to over 125 anesthesia programs and using my signals very strategically on low tier/community programs. How many TY/prelim programs should I aim to apply to? Thank you.
