So, right now I'm reading about one organ system (like cardio) in First Aid, then I am doing 48 Questions about it in UWorld. I've done this for quite a few organ systems, and seem to be getting around 65%. When I finish all of the organ systems I will begin doing the questions randomly.

Has anyone else done this, and by what percentage has your Qbank score dropped when you start doing it entirely random vs. doing it section by section (after reading that section)?

I'm not sure this could be perfectly correlated, but I did Kaplan through second semester, mostly in conjunction with path and then other sections randomly (biochem, micro, etc.). My scores were fairly consistent throughout. I've started recently UW and done a little over 25% of it, all random. My percentage correct is slightly higher on average (about 3% points). So, for me, it didn't change much. I think it'll depend on where you are in your studying for the step as a whole. I've been through FA multiple times through the last 4 months, and studied quite a bit; if you aren't as far along, you might see some weaknesses pop up, but I wouldn't worry: with study they should disappear.
