how much is the hassle of changing address after submitting amcas?

I'm moving to a different apartment beginning Sept and I know that I need to resubmit my amcas app when I change my address. For those who have gone through this, is it a hassle to change it on the amcas app? Do we need to restart our amcas app from scratch when we have to resubmit for address change?

No. You just change the contact info part of it, then recertify and submit. You don't need to do anything else.

Yeah, once it's already been approved (I've forgotten what this was called even though it's only last year--certified?) by the AMCAS people, it's no big deal whatsoever to change your AMCAS address. I wouldn't do it until it's already received that approval, though.
