Silly question, but how much do you think your scores would deviate if you took STEP 1 3 different days? (Don't factor in fatigue or forgetting stuff during those 3 days)

I'm looking at getting around a 240 as of now, based on practice tests and such. Which would be great.

How much deviation can I expect, based on getting an exam that has a lot of my strengths vs. a lot of my weaknesses in it?

I personally wouldn't be surprised if my score fluctuated 10-15 points from where my practice ones are (meaning I'm looking anywhere from 225-255). Or am I not giving the practice exams the credit they deserve for predicting?

I don't think expecting a 10 point swing either way is unreasonable. For obvious reasons, these data probably don't exist in any concrete manner, unfortunately.
