Have many rads have had their careers destroyed because of malpractice? Is this a major career stressor or a minor annoyance? Does malpractice insurance typically take care of it or can a bad case cause you to pay exorbitant fees?

I've always thought pediatrics was interesting... they rarely get sued, but when they do the payout is usually much higher than other specialties for obvious reasons.
