Actually, the people who perform best in the pre-clinical years have their **** together well enough that they don't need to pull all-nighters. THP said:The most I ever studied in a single day during the first 2 years was before one of our neuro exams. I probably studied for 10 hrs or so. In medical school you really don't have to study more than a few hours a day, as long as you do it every day. I ran into problems when I would go several days without opening a book. Of course, this is much more than undergrad.
