You're overanalyzing this. Address the letters to your interviewers and send them all to the admissions staff who was your point of contact. It doesn't matter if you send as a PDF, Word document, free-text in the email, or physical card, the sentiment will be conveyed.Hello,
I interviewed Friday at a school I really like. I was told to send the thank you letters to the admissions counselor who coordinated the interview so she can forward them where they need to go. Do I write the letter as a PDF and ask her to send it or do I write it as email to my interviewers and just send it to her?
