hi everyone..need help..plz do reply..i wanna sit for nbde 1 exam this year by oct-nov....how shud i start???like what all things i need to do and have to apply for the xm and to fill the applicatn???do i need to give tofel before sitting for nbde..or can i give it after also???how do i start the application process???Also if anyone can help me with latest asda papers,kaplan and decks!!!Any help and every sincere comment wud b appreciated..thnx..

No worries! Just get ECE evaluation done. Visit www.ece.org and find it out. After this get your Dentpin on ADA website. And then pay the fee for NBDE one. Toefl can be taken any time you want since it is not related to NBDE. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Get transcripts from your dental school/ university. I hope you know what transcript is. Also get letters of recommendations fom Dean, faculty and a dentist! Best luck 👍

Do we need these transcripts and LOR before giving NBDE - 1...as far as i know we require them before applying to the universities for admission into IDP`s after we pass NBDE-1...isnt it ???

U need to have the transcripts for ece evaluation and get the ece evaluation done before filling the form for NBDE as per my knowledge

i have the same question. I am a BDS student from India,but i havent yet recieved my degree certificate. Its under processing .. You have to send your Diploma if you choose your current status as a dentist. I called ADA and the assistant replied that i need to send ECE to them,and that i cant do anything without it..not even schedule the exam.. As far as i have done the research,for scheduling the test,you dont need ECE.😕 this confused me . Now i have to schedule my exam in NOvember itself,and going to recieve my degree certificate in december. Anyone can help. Please friends,i am worried now.

Do I need to get my ECE done before the NBDE application? I was thinking of giving the exam and meanwhile get going with the ECE evaluation procedure. I am still waiting for my degree certificate.

The only reason I am in haste is that ,I want to apply for Boston and Colorado school. This will provide me few chances to get enrolled in the school the coming year. Because these are the only two schools that match the deadline and admission requirement.

I know I should get my documents ready before application. But I was thinking of scheduling the exam,for the reason i wont get the date that i want. And in coming month, my documents were going to be ready and I would have done the oher procedures,as ECE evaluation and CAAPID application. Please friends,helpme..

Go to the ECE website (www.ece.org), check what documents you require (different for different countries) - click on India and you'll get the list of documents to be sent to ECE for receiving your GPA. Order one copy to be sent to ADA and order a few extra copies to be sent to you (some schools ask for sealed copies).
Get a DENTPIN (www.ada.org) simultaneously and apply to take the test with your DENTPIN with it to get more info on registering for your exams. Once they receive your ECE they'll evaluate your application and send you an eligibility letter that has a number you will use, to register a date for the part 1 (www.prometric.com).
