Hi guys,
So I did the majority of my coursework at a 4-year university, but I spent a year after I graduated taking classes at the local community colleges (for financial reasons). This year included my making up a Physics class, a 2nd-semester gen-chem class, and taking a few upper-div bio classes that I never got around to. That being said, most dental schools that I've called seem fine with these couple extra CC classes. However, what's up with Temple, Tufts, and BU? The ADEA guide says that they either don't accept CC classes at all, or they don't accept CC classes for pre-reqs.
My question is: how serious is this policy? I've read a few posts on this forum from people who've gotten into some of these schools with some CC classes. I'd really like to apply to them, but I don't want to just throw money down the disposal if I'll just get auto-rejected.
Thanks for any help! 😀
