Hi all,

What do you think:

"To Whom It May Concern"

"Dear Sir or Madam"

"To the Committee on Admissions at XYZ SOM"

Let me know what you guys think! Also is PDF version best so it can't be altered by anyone else, should I go ahead and make it like a formal letter with the address and such included on the top left-hand corner like a business-y letter?

I try to find the name of the dean of admissions (or equivalent) and address it to that person. Otherwise, I address it to the committee
