In the case of LOC, w/ suspicion of Orthostatic Hypotension, what are the questions that differentiate it from other causes of LOC? What questions to ask and what PE to perform to pass/to score high performance?

Orthostatic is positional so you'd want to ask "what are you doing when it happens" and "do you have loc or just feel lightheaded". For orthostatic I would think they would describe it as whenever they get up too suddenly from a chair or bed they feel lightheaded. Also ask about any recent medication changes if the timing is acute. ask about foood/drinking habits. And of course ask the usual stuff

For the pe, not counting the usual stuff i would check skin tenting and capillary refill as well as pulses.
